How does payment work?
A $200 non-refundable reservation payment secures your date and time and is applied toward the Complete Event Setup portion of your final invoice. The final invoice (food, Complete Event Setup, 20% service charge and tax) is due in full on the day of your event.
Can I mix tiers?
Yes — some guests can be Moon and others Eclipse. We handle it on-site and price accordingly on the final invoice.

We Bring the Complete Setup — $200
Everything Delivered, Installed & Removed
No rentals to arrange. No furniture to transport. No equipment to track down. Your $200 Complete Event Setup covers the first 10 guests and includes transportation and handling of the hibachi grill, cooking equipment, guest tables, chairs, disposable place settings and the physical setup and breakdown of your event space. For groups larger than 10, additional setup is $10 per guest to provide the extra furniture, place settings and equipment handling required.

20% Event Service Charge
From Behind-the-Scenes Preparation to Final Closeout
The mandatory 20% Event Service Charge supports the professional work required to turn your booking into a fully executed experience — including menu preparation, ingredient coordination, chef and staff scheduling, administrative planning, on-site service management and post-event operational cleanup. It is retained by Sun & Moon Catering and is not a gratuity.

Lock In Your Date — $200
Your Date, Chef & Staff Reserved Exclusively
Your $200 non-refundable Reservation & Event Coordination Fee removes your selected date and time from availability and reserves your chef and scheduled staff exclusively for your celebration. Because we turn away competing bookings to protect your time, this payment is non-refundable — and it is applied toward the Complete Event Setup portion of your final invoice (not toward food, add-ons, the service charge or tax).
