• •Your $200 reservation payment secures your date. It is non-refundable and is credited toward Complete Event Setup on your final invoice.
• •14+ days out: cancel or reschedule freely — your reservation payment transfers when you reschedule.
• •7–13 days out: rescheduling is welcome; any additional non-refundable amount is disclosed to you before you confirm.
• •Under 7 days / same day: food, prep and staff are committed, so refunds are not automatic and terms are strictest.
